The start of something good.
The Fulda Area Credit Union opened in Fulda, Minnesota on September 15, 1986. The grand opening was billed as the nation's first new agricultural credit union in 30 years. Since then, the credit union has expanded to offer services to members in four southwestern Minnesota counties including Murray, Nobles, Cottonwood and Jackson. In addition to the main office in Fulda, there are now branches in Worthington, Windom, inside the JBS plant in Worthington, and inside the PM Beef plant in Windom. The Fulda Area Credit Union is now over 5,000 members strong and growing.
