Fulda Area Credit Union (FACU) is dedicated to providing a secure place to borrow and save money at very competitive rates. FACU is equally committed to protecting our members’ privacy.

FACU collects non-public personal member information from the following sources:
Member account transactions with FACU or other financial institutions

Membership, loan applications and other member-initiated applications and forms

If a member decides to terminate his/her membership or become an inactive member, FACU will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
FACU employees are trained in the importance of confidentiality and member privacy by maintaining safeguards that comply with federal regulations and leading industry practices. FACU restricts access to non-public personal information about its members to FACU employees who have a specific business purpose in utilizing member data.
