eStatements Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How do I enroll in eStatements?
A. Login to Online Banking, select the Statements tab, and review the "Consent and Agreement to Receive Statements Eletronically". If you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the "Consent and Agreement to Receive Statements Electronically", mark the checkbox next to "I have read and agree to the Consent and Agreement to Receive Statements Electronically" and click on "Start e-Statements".
Q. How do I cancel enrollment in eStatements?
A. Login to Online Banking, select the Statements tab, mark the checkbox next to "I/we do not consent to electronic statements and understand that this choice cancels access to e-Statements", and click on "Stop e-Statements".
Q. What is the fee for eStatements?
A. There is no fee for eStatements.
Q. What will I see on my eStatement?
A. You will see the same information you would see on your paper statement.
Q. How will I know I have an eStatement?
A. We will send you an email notification advising your eStatement is available for viewing.
Q. How do I access my eStatements?
A. Login to Online Banking and select the Statements tab. The available eStatements will be listed for viewing. You must have the ability to open PDF documents to view the statements. If you do not have Adobe reader, there is an option during the enrollment process to download it for free.
Q. Is the site secure?
A. Yes, eStatements are accessed through Online Banking and it is a secure site.
Q. What if I need a paper copy of my statement?
A. You can print a copy yourself or you may contact the credit union as we will provide you with a paper copy at your request. If you request a paper copy from the credit union, you will be subject to a fee.
Q. I have more than one Fulda Area Credit Union account, do I have to enroll them all separately?
A. Yes, each account will need to be enrolled separately.
Q. What if my email address changes?
A. You can contact the credit union to update the email address or simply update your email address in Online Banking.
Q. When will my eStatement be available for viewing?
A. It will be available approximately the first business day of the month.
Q. How long will an eStatement be available online?
A. For 12 months
