Direct Deposit
If you would like your paycheck deposited directly into your checking or savings account, our direct deposit option makes the process easy. Simply print out this Direct Deposit form, complete the necessary fields, and return the completed form to one of our branches. Note: Before completing the Direct Deposit form provided here, please contact your employer's payroll department to determine if they have a specific Direct Deposit form that must be used.
