Official Rules
Receive an automatic entry into the contest if you obtain a new loan from Fulda Area Credit Union from January 16, 2012 through March 30, 2012. No purchase necessary to win.
The following is a list of the rules:
Prizes: Prizes include: Grand Prize (1): Payoff of the new loan obtained at Fulda Area Credit Union from January 16, 2012 through March 30, 2012, up to a maximum payoff of $1,500.00. Approximate retail value $1,500.00. If the winner does not have a Fulda Area Credit Union qualifying new loan obtained from January 16, 2012 through March 30, 2012, an alternate prize of $250.00 will be awarded. Approximate retail value of the alternate prize is $250.00. There will be 1 prize winner in total.
Methods of Entry: One entry is automatically given if a new Fulda Area Credit Union loan is obtained from January 16, 2012 through March 30, 2012. Or, you can mail an entry containing your name, address, and phone number to: Fulda Area Credit Union, PO Box 329, Fulda, MN 56131. All entries must be received no later than 5:00 PM CST, March 30, 2012. Fulda Area Credit Union is not responsible for late, lost, or stolen entries. Reproduced or fraudulent entries will not be accepted. One entry per person. Direct all entries to Julie Pater.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are dependant upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be hald at 1:00 PM CST on April 9, 2012. You need not be present to win. Fulda Area Credit Union will notify the winner.
Prize Claim: The prize must be claimed by May 15, 2012 or an alternate winner will be selected from the eligible entries. Upon verification of the prize winner's claim, the prize will be awarded as a payment to the eligible Fulda Area Credit Union loan. If the winner receives the alternate prize of $250.00, the prize will be awarded by check.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Employees of Fulda Area Credit Union and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to win.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase, deposit, application, loan, or account necessary to win. Anyone who wishes to enter must be allowed to do so and cannot be required to obtain a loan or open a new account. Non members must also be allowed to enter the contest. One entry per person.
Publicity: The winner must complete a publicity release form to receive the prize.

Miscellaneous: Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner. The value of the prize may be reported to the IRS.
No prize substitution, cash equivalent, or transfers allowed. You need not be present to win. Void where prohibited by law.
Be entering this contest, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modity any portion of this contest at any time.
